You leave the "white town" passing by the archaeological park of Santa Maria di Agnano, the place where the Woman of Ostuni was found; from here you gradually leave the forest of centuries-old olive trees that characterizes the coastal plain and take an ancient mule track immersed in an unspoiled naturalistic environment characterized by beautiful Mediterranean scrub woods adorned with holm oaks and olive trees, trulli and dry stone walls, and panoramic views of great charm.
